Please submit complaints to the following address:

We kindly inform you that we will recognize each complaint and inform the Consumer about the method of its consideration within 14 days from the date of submitting it.
The consumer is notified about the method of considering the complaint in the same way in which he submitted the complaint, or in another way chosen by him.
