Program rules

The loyalty program is addressed to those customers who want to stay with us for longer.

1. Only registered customers can participate in the program.
2. Points are awarded for: purchasing products, registering an account in our store, writing a review about the product.
3. Points expire 6 months after being awarded. Unused points expire after 6 months.
4. Points can be used as a “discount” to purchase products available in our online store.
5. After collecting 1,000 points, the accumulated points can be exchanged for a PLN 25 discount on the entire order in our online store.
6. You are awarded10 pointsfor creating an account in our store.
7. 50 pointsare awarded for writing an opinion about a product on the product card.
8. Each product displays the appropriate number of points for its purchase.
9. Points can be used partially – e.g. if you have more than 1,000 points in your account, you can use some of them for a PLN 25 discount on purchases in our online store. The total number of points used will be automatically subtracted from the points pool.
10. The maximum discount that can be obtained in the loyalty program is a PLN 25 discount.
