Almond and hemp muffins

Ingredients:

• 100 g Sansei natural almond flour

• 2 tablespoons Sansei hemp pudding

• 2 eggs

• ½ teaspoon baking powder

• 1 tablespoon erythritol (or other preferred sweetener)

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

2. Transfer the mixture to silicone or paper muffin cases.

3. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.

4. Once cooled, the muffins are ready to serve — a healthy, sugar-free snack rich in fibre and the plant power of hemp.
