Ingredients

Sugar, reduced-fat cocoa (10-12%), whey and fat preparation (unhardened coconut fat), skimmed MILK powder, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: E472a; thickening agent: E407a; stabilisers: E412, E466.

Method of preparation

Dissolve 2 kg of powder in 5 litres of boiled and cooled water. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Set the mixture aside for 15-20 minutes to allow the ingredients to hydrate. Stir the mixture before pouring it into the machine.
